Travel & Delivery
At Party Pop 'N' Creations, we offer delivery services. We can deliver straight to your venue so you don't have to lift a finger. We can even deliver to your home if you're worried about your balloon display not fitting in your car. Delivery and travel fees are calculated based on your location and will be included in your personalised quote at the time of enquiry. Please ensure your full venue address is provided when reaching out so we can give you an accurate figure.
Setup & Pack Down
✦ Setup We ask that venue access is arranged prior to your event to allow adequate time for a flawless setup. Setup time varies depending on the size and complexity of your order. A setup fee applies to all orders, starting from $50, and will be outlined in your quote.
✦ Pack Down Pack down is available at an additional cost. If you require pack down services, please let us know at the time of booking so we can factor this into your quote and schedule accordingly.
Changes to Order
We work hard to bring your vision to life through your personalised mock up designs. Once your mock up has been reviewed and approved by you, no further changes can be made to your order. This includes changes to colours, sizing, and design. Please ensure you are completely happy with your design before providing your approval, and don't hesitate to communicate any adjustments during the design phase — we're here to get it just right! 🖤
Substitutions
While we always endeavour to source exactly what is specified in your approved design, on rare occasions certain balloon colours or products may become unavailable due to supply. In this event, we will contact you as soon as possible and offer the closest available alternative. We will always do our best to maintain the integrity of your original design.
Liability
Once your balloon décor has been delivered and set up by the Party Pop 'N' Creations team, responsibility for the installation passes to the client and/or venue. We take every care in the quality and safety of our setups, however we are not liable for any damage, deflation, or injury that may occur after our team has left the venue. Please be mindful that balloons are not suitable for young children without supervision, and latex balloons may cause allergic reactions in some individuals. If you have any concerns regarding latex allergies, please notify us at the time of booking so we can discuss alternative options.
Photography & Social Media
At Party Pop 'N' Creations, we are incredibly proud of the work we create and love sharing our setups on our social media platforms and marketing materials. By booking with us, you agree that we may photograph our work at your event and share images across our platforms, including Instagram and Facebook.
If you would prefer your event not to be featured on our socials, simply let us know in writing prior to your event date and we will respect your privacy completely. 🖤
