- The hoop structure is a hire item — it remains the property of Party Pop 'N' Creations. You are welcome to keep the balloons!
- All displays incur additional costs for setup, delivery and travel based on your location — included in your personalised quote.
- A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking and secure your date.
- Once confirmed, we'll create your personalised mock up design for your review.
- Book early — popular dates fill fast, especially weekends!
