Pre-Order Information
All balloon stacks are listed as pre-order items. We recommend placing your order at least two weeks in advance to ensure availability.
This allows sufficient time for us to order and receive balloons in your preferred colours, characters, or theme, ensuring your display is created exactly as you envision for your celebration.

Our balloon stacks are designed to last and will generally stay looking great for up to 14 days, and in many cases even longer when cared for properly.
To help your balloons last as long as possible, we recommend:
• Keeping them indoors at room temperature
• Placing them away from direct sunlight and windows
• Avoiding heat, air vents, or extreme temperature changes
• Handling them gently and keeping them away from sharp objects
Please note: While our balloon stacks often last well beyond this timeframe, we can only guarantee balloons for 24 hours once they have been released from our care, as environmental conditions and handling are outside of our control.
